Labor Law

We provide preventive consulting on any theme involving labor law and defend companies’ interests in administrative and judicial proceedings involving labor matters.

In the area of judicial proceedings, we argue cases in all spheres of the judiciary and at all levels, by adopting the best strategy for each case and carefully monitoring its progress.

We are keenly aware, however, that the best strategy is to avoid litigation in the first place. For this reason, we issue technical notes and legal opinions on the most varied aspects of labor law and evaluate the risks involved in the operations intended by each client. Besides this, we perform due diligence examinations of labor contingencies and advise on the structuring of human resources routines, all with the aim of minimizing operating costs and the risks of lawsuits.

In addition, we also pay special attention to consultancy on label or matters, drafting opinions on the wide variety of related legal aspects, and assessing the labor risks involved in intended operations by our clients. We also carry a due diligence according to law and propose restructuring of the routines carried out by the personnel and human resource departments of companies, in order to minimize both operational costs and the risks of any lawsuits.
