ALAE
The Corporate Law Firm Alliance (Aliança da Advocacia Empresarial – ALAE) is an association of respected law firms specialized in corporate law, from different regions and cultures of Brazil. This enables its member firms to serve national and multinational companies to a single high standard of quality and ethics, with nationwide scope. To meet these objectives, ALAE counts not only on the presence of the each of the allied law firms in the country’s most important cities, with comprehensive knowledge of its local jurisdiction, but also the shared professional competence of the lawyers making up these firms.
ALAE is currently composed of 240 lawyers, many of whom holding LL.Ms and JDs, with strong academic activity, all of them meeting the highest ethical and technical standards. This permits a constant exchange of legal knowledge and experience, to the benefit of clients.
Miranda Alliance
The Miranda Alliance is an international association of law firms, the only one with presence in all countries where Portuguese is spoken. The members of the Miranda Alliance are united by a joint commercial strategy and shared values, permitting them to provide legal services in coordinated form to satisfy the needs of clients, either at the international or local level. Each member firm is prepared in its respective jurisdiction to render a broad range of legal services to the most sophisticated and demanding companies. The members of the Miranda Alliance have more than just a deep knowledge of the law; they also know the reality of the markets in which they operate and thus can provide individualized advice tailored to the commercial needs and practices of their clients.

Miranda Alliance
Lexwork International is an association of midsized independent law firms in major cities located across Europe, Asia, North and Latin America. Each member firm provides all of the normal services required by corporate clients, within its own jurisdiction. Member firms also combine to provide effective support for cross-border transactions.
